Awesome system. I started using something similar to that two years ago with my tangible items. Difference being is that I haven't used the Paypal Multiorder Shipping so I can't advise. Great system though and others should take note of the ease.

I use Paypal Multiorder Shipping when I want to combine a buyer's orders that they paid seperately on. I don't think an automatic shipping notification is sent. I do like the packing slips which are different from the ones you generate from details.

Maybe put the 3 digit # in your item gallery text- then you can see it from the closed or saved listings page without opening it. I know this uses up valuable search letters, but I guess it's a matter of priority.

quote: when I use Paypal's Multiorder Shipping and print out the list of items it shows the eBay item number as well as an Order#, which is always blank
If you turn off automatic printing of your packing list, and then print out just your labels, Multiship will generate an Order# on your packing slip, if you print them afterwards. Exactly how that would be useful escapes me though.
