Please help me. I have over 100 images that are 338 X 508 and I need to make them all square!
I normally use easy thumbnail to change the size of my images BUT this is a little different and I can't get that program to do what I want done.
I have a 338 X 508 image - most on a black background. I want to add black to the background to make the image be 508 X 508, preferable with the image in the center.
Anyone know of a program (FREE) out there that I can use to do this to all the images at once?
I can do it using Paint but would need to do one image at a time.

Use the free Irfanview. I'm not sure if you've used it before...it does scads of things.
Panoramic view and so very much more.
Plus, its free!
Does great squares and I believe it does batches..could be wrong though. <smile>
