Hi, I know the subject about lost passwords has been covered very well. However, I can not find what I need to know. I lost my password, used the recover password page. Put in my email address & I'm told an email will be sent instructing me how to reset my password. I never receive the emails. I check the spelling of my email addy and double check, but I never get the emails. How common is this? What can I do.

Hi Matt. It seems this happened to me when I first started and I wasn't getting the emails. I believe I filed a support request to get my password or have it reset or something. Anyway, that's what I'd do to retrieve it. Nice folks, ya know.
