Hi Community,

As many of you have already noticed, we are currently experiencing a technical problem that is causing a number of users to receive generic error messages stating to try again or contact support when attempting to post or save listings. The first thing we recommend trying which may resolve this problem is clearing your cache and then closing and re-opening your browser.

However, we have received reports from several users stating that clearing their cache did not resolve this problem and our engineering team is currently looking into other possible causes. I will post further updates on this issue to this thread as additional information becomes available.

We apologize for any inconveniences this issue is causing. Thanks for understanding!

Hi Community,

Update - We just put some logging in place that should make it so a more descriptive error message is displayed when this error occurs. This new error message should tell us the exact point in the code that is causing this error to happen and we should then be able to fix the problem.

Update - We have just made some changes that appear to have corrected this problem (at least for the most part). If anyone is still receiving error messages when trying to open, post, or save listings, please copy the error message you receive and send it to our customer support team.
