Hi Community,

We will be conducting an update of the Auctiva website on the morning of Tuesday, 11/10/09 that will involve some brief site down time. As a result of this update, the Auctiva site is expected to be unavailable from approximately 7:30 AM PT to 8:30 AM PT. I will update this thread if there are any changes to this schedule or if any technical issues arise as a result of the update.

Hi Community,

The update this morning went smoothly for the most part, but we are currently seeing some errors get generated when the Images tab is clicked and when users attempt to select plans. Our engineering team is currently working to address these issues and we will have them resolved as soon as possible.

In the mean time, if you need to reach the Manage Images or Upload Images pages, you should be able to get to them by logging into your Auctiva account and clicking the following links:

1) Image Uploaders: http://www.auctiva.com/hostedimages/upload.aspx
2) Image Management: http://www.auctiva.com/hostedi...imagemanagement.aspx

I will post further updates on these issues to this thread as additional information becomes available. Thanks you your patience!

Hi Community,

In addition to the aforementioned problems of error messages being generated when users click the "Images" tab or try to select plans, we have also become aware of issues that are causing custom domains not to link properly with Auctiva stores and errors to be generated during the token generation process.

Our engineering team is still working on all of these issues and we will have them resolved as soon as we can. The fix for the issue causing the error messages when the "Images" tab is clicked and during the plan selection flow will be first and fixes for the others will be released shortly thereafter.

I will post further updates on these issues to this thread as additional information becomes available. Thanks for bearing with us!

Hi Community,

Update - We have just released the some changes to the site that should resolve the issue that was causing some users to get error messages when clicking the "Images" tab within Auctiva or selecting plans. Therefore, you should all be able to access the "Images" tab and select plans now.

Our engineering team is still working on the other issues mentioned in this thread and we will have those resolved as well as soon as we can. I'll post further updates on these issues to this thread as additional information becomes available.

Hi Community,

Update - The issues that were causing custom domains not to point to Auctiva stores and error messages to be generated during the token generation process have also been resolved, so you should not encounter those problems any longer either.

If you continue to have trouble with any of the issues that have been mentioned in this thread, please let us know by contacting our customer support team.
