Starting Wednesday 10/24 we will be in the process of migrating data in our database to improve site performance.
This may cause intermittent problems accessing your sales data. We expect the process to complete in several days at which time the sales portions of the site will be fully functional again.
To begin this migration, we will be taking the website offline just after 11pm Wednesday night. We do realize today is 20 cent listing day on eBay, but in order for the record number of listings posted today to continue to get price updates and for new items to properly appear in your Auctiva store, it's essential we begin this process of data migration.
The downtime tonight will be shorter than our normal Thursday night maintenance period. If you do have listings scheduled between the hours of 11pm and 3am (Pacific Time), we suggest that you adjust the schedule time to be either before 11pm or after 3am.
We appreciate your continued support and patience while we make necessary improvements to the site.
