We are currently experiencing some technical difficulties twhich are causing the email notifications of support request replies not to be sent.
If you have filed a support request and are awaiting a response, please go to Auctiva -> Help, and click the "Check the Status of an Ongoing Support Case" link at the bottom of the page. This will allow you to check the responses to your support requests.
We are aware of this issue and our engineering department is currently investigating it. The alert message, when fixed, will address the same issue as I have in this thread.
