It has been brought to our attention that, in addition to offering a 50% off listing fee sale today, eBay has also decided to make some pretty major changes to their category structure. As a result, you may receive error messages indicating your selected category is invalid when you attempt to post listings through Auctiva in one of the affected categories.
We have already begun the process of updating the category structure in our system and we expect this process to be complete within the next 2 hours or so. I will post again to this thread to let you know when the update is complete.
Once the update is complete, you will be able to find the new categories within the Auctiva category selector and will be able to post your listings successfully. Thank you very much for your patience as we deal with this!
The category update I mentioned above is now complete, so the categories available in the Auctiva category selector should now match eBay's current category structure.
