Hello Community -

As you might have seen from earlier posts, last night starting around midnight our hosting company did maintenance. Due to miscommunications, customers did not get notified that this was happening and it was the cause of some of the issues that users experienced last night and into the early morning.

We have resolved a few issues we were having with our image servers, and engineering is working to ensure image stability.

We are still investigating intermittent "Unable to create Session State" messages users receive when accessing the site. The messages do not happen consistently but when they do, try a few times and the matter should resolve itself.

And finally, we have resolved the "Server not found" errors.

We apologize for any inconvenience these issues have caused, and we will post further updates as they become available.
