We are aware that many of our users are receiving error messages when cropping images and/or saving cropped images.
Our engineering department is currently investigating this issue and we are hoping to have a fix implemented for this issue by later tonight so, if you are experiencing this problem, I recommend you try cropping your images again tomorrow morning to check if it has been resolved. If we are unable to resolve this problem tonght, we should certainly be able to have it resolved by some time on Monday, 5/14.
Unfortunately, until this issue has been resolved you will be unable to crop newly uploaded images, however, all of the other image editing functions can still be used successfully.
