As many of you have already heard either from eBay, the USPS or on our community forums, the USPS is making changes to their rates and services starting May 14th. eBay made their announcement today of what they plan on doing. You can read up on this here:
Auctiva is working with eBay to make sure changes that happen on the eBay site will be reflected on the Auctiva site. At the same point in early may that eBay will start offering the new shipping services on the Sell Your Item Form, Auctiva will offer the services on our one page lister.
We will be sending out a company email to our customers at the end of April to outline exactly what changes we've made to our site and help guide you in what we feel are the best actions for you to take with your Auctiva saved listings.
