I have a question regarding the Protocol in the
auctiva store. Can I list ITEMS in my Auctiva
store without them being active in EBAY. That
was my REAL INtention when I purchased an Auctiva Domain name. I would like to have my items in my Auctiva Store and have individuals be
able to search for them through a Marketing Strategy I choose I.E. visit my store without items being active in EBAy. Can this be done? What am I missing? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I doubt it, seeing as Auctiva is a tool that provides services for ebay listings.

There are other sites that allow you to build a free store that is not on ebay. ecrater.com is one of them.
