I have tried to list my first item on my new Ebay business account through a new Auctiva account and an error message keeps appearing which says; "You are not qualified to list a store fixed price item or store fixed price feature, it is not avaliable for international listing site." I only want to list in the UK.

Any advice will be gratefully received as my account is stuck in limbo...

Are you actually in the UK posting to ebay UK from Auctiva?

Have you meet the minimum requirements, Feedback,Registered user for 14 days, PayPal, etc., to sell at Fixed Price? Here's ebay UK info on Limitations:

If this is a new ebay account (no feedback) as stated, that might be the simple explanation.

I am posting from the UK to Ebay UK. Thanks for the info on limitations - I have a 4 year old personal ebay account with 100% feedback but Ebay do not seem to be able to help me with the business acount. I assume I will have to start from scratch with my new account which is a real pain...I will read up on my limits!
