The image being shown for 1 of the listings in the scrolling gallery isn't even in my image folder. I changed my listing shortly after posting it, & immediately deleted that picture. It's no longer even available in the list of "deleted" images. The eBay listing now has a different gallery image, which image is in my Auctiva image folder. It is the "only" image in that listing, though I will be adding a couple of more later today. I checked "Active Listings" & see the eBay listing with that incorrect image. I right clicked & chose "properties." The properties show that it is stored on Auctiva, but I have no idea how to remove or replace it. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!!! Thank you in advance. Hi GT,

The scrolling gallery image for a given listing is only automatically generated once so, when you change the gallery/header images that are being used in your listings, your scrolling gallery images will not automatically update to reflect that change. When you make such changes to your listings, please contact our customer support team and we will be happy to have your scrolling gallery images refreshed for you.

TYVM for the info Mike! If I understand you correctly, "new" listings will have newly "auto-generated" Scrolling Galleries each of which displays the header images for all of my then active listings and, as the gallery for a given (new) listing is only auto-generated "once," the previously generated Scrolling Galleries (in my other "active" listings) will NOT show that new listing. Is this correct? Do I actually need to contact support to do a global update of all the Scrolling Galleries in all of my existing listings after posting any new listing? Anxiously awaiting your reply. Thanks again. All the best to you & yours. GT.
