Hi there...my auctiva seems to work fine however it displays at the top of my page a big ad which Id rather not see in this prominent spot. Is it possible to move or remove? It says FREE AUCTIVA and also AUCTIVA'S FREE SHOWCASE WILL ENHANCE ALL YOUR LISTINGS. Any help would be appreciated. Thankyou!

Well, respectfully, a modification of the content of the Scrolling Gallery including its ad is in essence an infringment of Auctiva's copywrite, i.e. removing the Rights Owner's marks. See the "Legal" link at the bottom of main page and Legal Notices - Content Copyright. Having had my own VeRO experience, I'm probably more sensitive than most to the issues.

In getting the service free, it's the least members can do to help Auctiva gain customers and help pay and maintain it as FREE. Truthfully, I like the service and personally feel the small ads are both unobtrusive and tasteful. You can always move the Scrolling Gallery to the bottom of the listing or turn it OFF.
