Hello,

It has been about 8 hours since the last bid on an item I have for sale. I notice in the store window it still shows the starting bid price. Is it supposed to update? I looked through the edit store window page and didn't see anything indicating that I must "check here" to allow the window to update to the current bid.

Our listing maintenance, which updates title, current price, high bidder, high bidder feedback, bid count, currency, and end time on your active listings page is done about every 6 hours. Once your updated prices are reflected on your active listings page, they should be displayed in your store window the next time it refreshes, which it does about every 4 hours.

So...the maximum amount of time it should take for your store window to update bid information is 10 hours. If more than 10 hours have elapsed since your bid was received, please file a support case using the appropriate link on our help page:
