I have just started using Auctiva to list new items on ebay and have used imported listings to creat a new listing. The problem I have is when listed the Showcase apears at the top of the list and I would prefer it to apear at the bottom, as happens when I list using Turbo lister. Is this normal and can I change it?

Hi Mark,

Yes, this is something that you can change. to make the store window appear at the bottom of your Auctiva created listings, please go to Auctiva -> Store(Tab) -> Edit Store Window, click the radial button next to "Below Description" and save your settings.

Once you have done this, any listings posted thereafter will contain the store window below the listing template.
