Can you please fix the reconcile problem before improving other parts of the site. For me it is an off and on problem. The forum would indicate that it is a problem for many. It seems to be sporadic. It has been two days and my account has not reconciles with eBay and I did file a support ticket. If this continues I will stop using the window and store, and let the buyers click on “View Seller’s Other Items” in eBay. They will then be able to see I am selling more items than the Auctiva window is showing.

Four days now, please fix.

It should just update on its own. Why it's taking so long is a problem.

Yes that was established days ago. I have ceased using the window for listings as of yesterday.

I give up on support. I am stripping the code out of my listings
