Hello , sorry new to auctiva. i signed up resently and the store showed up with all items listed on ebay no problems. Last night i did some relistings through ebay and today the scrolling window shows at the bottom of the screen and just shows Loading store window. It doesnt look as though i have more items for sale, which i do. Many thanks

Hello Again. it now says no items available in the scrool box, which is not true. This is not good for sales. Any ideas are welcome. Many thanks

I relisted items (6030267508)(6030268189)over 24hrs ago as 3 day listing and they haven't shown up. I also list a new item (4606067539) last nite and it not up either. I noted that this area seems to be a problem. Is there a time that blind and get missed in the updating?

I placed both your accounts on the list to reconcile with eBay which should import your active listings and append them with the Auctiva store window within 4-6 hours.
