Probably been asked and answered a dozen times, but how do you put the "scrolling store window" or "showcase" whichever you want to call it on the bottom of the listing? Outside of it, or below it to be more precise.

I know it can be done. I've seen a lot of Auctive "scrolling showcase store windows" this way. Not on the top. The box automatically goes to the bottom, but not the "scrolling" horizontal one. I suppose you can post the listing without it, then use the code to edit it "afterwords" in eBay. But that's a pain.

Any insights or help....of course GREATLY appreciated.

The "scrolling" store window is set to appear at the top of each listing. However, you can put it wherever you'd like by inserting the store window html into the html description.
The store window html can be found at Auctiva -> Store -> Store Window -> Store Window HTML.

You may want to check out the "full" version of the store window, as it is set to appear at the bottom of each listing. To preview, go to Auctiva -> Store -> Store Window -> Edit Store Window.

On the listing page, in the description field, swith from the design editor to text mode. This is the html description for the add. For the store window to appear at the bottom of the listing, paste it at the bottom of your html description.

thanks, i can see how to do that ... but does this mean that you have to do it per ad? it can't be set as a permanent preference?

also, when i add this text to the bottom of the description, do i need to remove it from somewhere else in order to not have 2 scrolling windows?

make a details profile with the code for the store... then just use that.

Bigmadpie has a good idea. If you make a details profile with the store window html saved in the description field and each time you load that the store window html will appear in the description field.

oooh! genius! thank you!

I used the html clicked on select all and inserted it and it works as far as seeing it and it scrolling but when I click on one of the picture a screen comes up that says Store not found.
don't know what I'm doing wrong.
any help appreciated.
