My store window is failing to import my ebay listings and update when I add new feautured items. It is VERY fustrating!

Has anyone had similar problems and/or knows how to fix it?
I have contacted Auctiva and they said the engineering dept would help me but I have now been waiting 4 days and hoped to get this sorted rather sooner.

Any advice would be welcomed?

Mine is not working either and I have noticed a decline in sales. People are also emailing me asing if I have any other items besides the 2 (TWO) that are showing up in the window. I then send them a link to my other auctions.

I am here now trying to figure out how to get this thing off my auctions, this thing is costing me sales and that is the LAST thing that I need.

Does anyone know what I have to do to get Auctive off of my auctions?
