I changed my user id on eBay after I set up my account and domain name with Auctiva, everything else has coincided except when I type in my web address it still says stefanie477's store instead of mommacotton's store. I have done everything to try to change it but no luck. Has anyone had this happen and what was the resolution to it? Any help is appreciated, Thanks!

The URL for default domain name for the Auctiva Store, reflects the ID name (just like the dleckington for the one in my sig).

You can change your Store header info like I've done with mine at the Store tab - Store Header.

Here's my HTML code to use as example:

<font size="5">Auctiva Store:  4-Nines Fine<p><font size="3">Proprietor:  D. Leckington

If you want that link name to change, I'd do a Support Case to Auctiva and see if they can change your login ID to match the eBay.

Thank you Danno, I did file a support case, but I still couldn't figure out why it would not change than I read your reply and a light bulb went off! I clicked on the Store tab, then clicked on META tabs, and everything I needed to fix was all right there! I could have spent hours trying to change the HTML, but this was much easier, thank goodness it was there all the time! A newbie I am, but I'm getting there!
