Anyone know why my scrolling gallery wont accept the auctions I have chosen to preview?

I have problems getting the thing to update? Before that it was script errors, now it refuses to show anything but my first 16 listed items despite having selected the items I want to showcase.

Is it just me or does anyone else have ongoing issues? I have had problems with this for the last on and off for 12 months. Anyone know if there is a bug and/or way round it??

I would go to Auctiva help, but the responses are absolutely dire.

You file a support ticket and they give you the question you have asked as a response or if they really feel like annoying you off they state the bloody obvious... repeatedly. Come on Auctiva pull your socks up!

I have the same issue. I never did before but now it won't show anything but the 14 items ending first.

I was not happy with that either. My solultion was to open a second ebay account which led me to have to open a second Auctiva account. Lucky I am not working and have insomia or I would not be able to do it. I would drop Auctiva but they offer international insurance that is easier to understand than usps.

Hi reb177, that is what it does unless you hide some from it via the Auctiva store tab

Currently, none of my items are showing up in the scrolling gallery.

I have the problem too.
The position of my scrolling gallery if usually changed. Sometimes it appears at the top of my template, sometimes it changed to the left side, and to the the bottom sometimes too.
I do not know How to do??
Can anybody help me??
