my picture in my window store and shop doesn't load, showing message image loading but never does load. images are ok in listing. I already sent message to autiva but no reply. Help!!!

I just viewed several of your active listings and all of the images in your store window loaded up within a few seconds. If you are still experiencing this problem, please file a support request using the appropriate link on our help page:

Hi Mike,
I have been noticing the last few days that in my window slides some of the images load within a few seconds but there are a few that don't seem to ever load. I have watched a couple for almost a minute and 2 or 3 images just didn't load. I am on a DSL connection.
