HI, I relisted some items last night and so far nothing is showing in my scrolling window on the auctions. Any help would be greatly appreciated. TIA!

Might wanna file a support ticket.

Did you relist through eBay or through Auctiva?

I'm not sure if eBay relists are as readily placed into the gallery or not.

I think not, but don't quote me on that.

HI Donna,
Thanks for your reply. To relist with Auctiva, does it work the same way as relisting with ebay and recieving the fee back if it sells the 2nd time around? I relisted with ebay, so that may be why I don't have any pictures there. Confused

Hi Cherie,

1) To relist items that didn't sell through Auctiva, locate the listing in your Saved or Closed listings folder. If they're in your Closed Listings folder, check the boxes next to them and click "Import"...that will send them to your Saved Listings folder. From your Saved Listings folder, just click the boxes next to the appropriate listings and click post or schedule. Bear in mind that relists done through Auctiva aren't eligible for the listing fee reimbursement.

To remain eligible for the listing fee reimbursement from eBay, you must relist your items directly through eBay.

2) Since you relisted these items through eBay, it should take them about 6-8 hours until they are imported into your Auctiva account. Once they have been imported, they will be displayed in your Auctiva store window.
