Will someone help me. I used to have the Store Window and then it went away. All I see is install Flash Media, which I have done and it says successfully installed. I try to add the html to my ads for the store window and I still can't get it back. Please help !!!!

Do you have the Store Window enabled? Perhaps it is turned off? Click on "Store" tab, then "Store Window" tab. On that page, it will say whether your store window is enabled or disabled, and if you need to change the setting, there is a link that will take you to the page to do that. Hope this helps.

Thank you so much for replying. I did as you requested, found that my store was enabled. Clicked on view my store etc. and keep getting Install Flash Player......I install itr...get message that it has been successfully installed and all I continue to receive it Install Flash Player, instead of my revolving showcase. Did I mention my store is enabled? Thanks for your help. Got any more ideas? Sure wd appreciate a solution. Thanks

Have you recently switched browsers, installed a firewall or anything like that?

NO...and the strange part is, I was able to load the vendio showcase immediately with no trouble.

Boy, that seems odd.

If you haven't filed a support request, I'd definitely recommend that (bottom of the Help page).

Also, I think this problem or something similar has come up before on the forums so you might try searching for "install flash" or something like that.

Other than than, I haven't a clue!
