I just began using Auctiva features. When I joined, my 5 or 6 active eBay auctions had the scrolling window seemingly automatically added. Then I bulk relisted several inactive eBay items through the Auctiva relisting tool. More than 24 hours later those items still do not have the scrolling window on their individual eBay pages. The ITEMS show up on the scrolling window of the original 5 or 6 I had, but the RELISTED items still do not have their own scrolling window in the item description of their eBay item page. Did I do something wrong or did I omit some step? Please advise. Thanks, Kel
The Scrolling Gallery (SG) is only added to the currently active listings at the time you sign-up (authorize the token), as a one-time event to help you migrate what's currenlty listed.
You'll need to manually add the SG to any relists that don't have the SG using copy and paste of the SG HTML code (see Store tab) to the listing. You do that using eBay's Revise listing editor and insert the code in the Description section.
New listings done from Auctiva using their one-page lister will automatically add the SG to the listing.

The HTML code for the SG is on the Auctiva Store tab page, just under the SG. When you click on the link, it will provide a new page with the HTML code. Just follow the instructions on the page. When you use Revise Listing at eBay, toggle the Description section to HTML mode. You can insert the code at the beginning of the section for the default Auctiva placement. Be sure to do a Preview before you confirm the change.
