I created several listings and posted them to EBay. I then revised the Auctions on EBay to change some of the images.

Which picture does the store use as a default?

Will it ever Change if the auction is changed?

Is there a way to modify the store pic?

Is there any way to tell the store to reset itself?

It's not a big deal, the problem will go away in 6 days when the auctions end, but i would like to fix the store if i can.

I believe the store and store window use the header image.

I can't remember if it will update a changed image. But if it doesn't after a day, file a support request and ask about it.

Oh, and you can't manually refresh/reset it -- but it's supposed to do so itself every several hours.

The image that is used as the default Auctiva store/store window image is the gallery image/header image.

Once a store window image has been generated it cannot be changed. However, if you would prefer that listing not be displayed in your store window you can make it hidden at Auctiva -> Store(tab) -> Edit Store Items. Any listings that are made hidden will no longer be displayed in your Auctiva store, nor will they be displayed in your store window the next time it refreshes, which it does about every 2 hours.

We will be adding a feature that allows Auctiva store/store window images to be changed at will as part of our phase II release, which is tentativaely scheduled for February 2007.
