When you create an Auctiva custom template, it stores it in the Custom group. When you select a template in the Auctiva one-page lister, look in the Custom group for your stored template (3rd down on the Select Templates list below "All Categories" and "Generic" group.

Thanks for the info. I wonder if I can use my own template, the store will be more attractive. Off course there will be limitation because of different monitor resolution but this can be solve by dividing the top image into 3 for top images
I wonder why they don't allow us to customize the store templates? It would improve sales.
Although I haven't asked the question of Auctiva, I've given it some thought. It's plausible that Auctiva needs to retain control of the Store window and gallery to maintain it's 3rd party certification and adhere to eBay policy restrictions. That way, eBay doesn't need to follow the links and check every case of Auctiva Store to see we aren't violating the links policy with any bads, no-nos, etc.
That's just a guess, but it does fit the 3rd party services guidelines.

IF I was allowed to customize the look of the store I'd be far, far, far more likely to use Auctiva. Why couldn't they have approved designers who could approve your design or customize for you for a fee?
