Hello, I just registered last night, and haven't read everythign yet. I didn't even know that the store window was going to be inserted into my current auctions, until I saw it this morning. I have a question though, it's not giving the correct, up to date current bid, it'[s only showing the original start price. Also, it's not showing all my items, is that normal? Also, this isn't a store issue, but under my active listings, it doesn't seem to have any bids or prices recorded... any thoughts? Thanks in advance, I'll go read up some more

Normally it takes a few hours for Auctiva to update with Ebay and for prices to refresh. Since you just started with Auctiva last night, I would give it some time. If it does not start showing more accurate prices by tomorrow, I would file a help request. After prices refresh the first time, they should update every couple of hours.

The store window only shows 14 of your items. You can change what items are showing up going to the Store tab and change the items there from your list of active items.

This takes some time to refresh and usually lags a bit behind for me. I just use My Ebay for the most up to date info on bids, watchers, etc.

You can also go to the Store Tab and edit your store window, i.e. change colors, change where you have it in the listing, and change its shape. You can also turn it off if you want. I go back and forth myself.
