Hi !! I'm having problems moving my scrolling gallery to the top of my listings .In "Scrolling Gallery Placement", I choose the " Side Scrolling Window " and "Above Description" .And I have save my change. But in my eBay store, The scrolling gallery sometimes present to the left side of my template, and sometimes present to the top of my template, sometime present to the bottom. What need I do ? If some preferences I set wrong? Can anybody help me???
Another problems. How can I put the scrolling gallery in to my own template? When I plaster the code in my template, it usually show as the code. Not the the picture. THANK YOU.

That change to position of the Scrolling Gallery Window will only take effect for new submissions from Auctiva. That's because that HTML code is appended to the decription at the time of submission (from Auctiva).

Any old/active listings in your Store or any Relists will always have the Scrolling Gallery placed whereever it was set when the auction was sent-over from Auctiva. You could use the Revise feature on ebay to make the change to those.

I'll take a guess you are in text mode on ebay when you try to copy-in the HTML code. When you cut and paste the HTML code from Auctiva to ebay editor, make sure you are in HTML view mode on the ebay editor, so that the editor knows it's HTML (not text).
