I have a store that has 360 items in it. I have changed my email address with eBay and PayPal but when I look at my listings on Auctiva, my old email address is there. Does everyone know how to bulk edit email addresses on current listings. It doesn't give me this option in the "bulk edit" section. Thank you! Kathleen

Hi Kathleen,

You can change the PayPal Email address using the Find and Replace tool on the Saved Listings page. That will take care of all your Saved Listings at Auctiva.

For the active listings in your eBay Store, you'd need to make the change at eBay using Revise listing (if it's an allowed change).

BTW....you can have up to 8 eMail addresses on one PayPal account. If you can still use the old address, I'd phase-over to a new one by attrition of the active listings, i.e. let them expire and relist with the new addy.

I just moved back to Columbus this Winter and had to change my addy, so been there done that.
