When I put my store domain name in browser, I get the message about no such website or the "did not match any documents" message. I entered:

www.store.auctiva.com/kcinthesonshine

and nothing happened. What am I doing wrong?

You may want to contact customer support....they need to fix the link to your ebay store.

I just tried it and discovered if you take out the www, it works. Went to my Store tab and looked at my own URL. There's no www.
