I see your Auctiva account is cancelled? Did you request it to be cancelled? This would be why your current auctions are not getting appended with the store window.

We would need you to have an eBay token created with your durexebaystore Auctiva account in order to add the store window to your auctions.

Perhaps your other account, cybmatrix, has the token associated with it and that's why you can't create a token with the durexebaystore account.

Yeah, a little confusing.

I think the best thing to do would be to file a support case and get one of the support guys to straighten out your account. Make sure to let them know you have the two auctiva accounts and that durexebaystore is the one you want to be using and have a token.
