how do i import ebay listings into my auctive so that they can appear in my showcase. the autoimatic upload was done when i created the account but now i need to import listings that i created in ebay into my store wondoe because i used ebays editor

I am awaiting a reply from support regarding this situation too. My listings were automatically imported but now I have listed additional items thru ebay (not via auctive) and want those now imported. WHAT BUTTON DO I PUSH IN HERE to get my new listings imported?? Is it automatic and if so, how long does it take?? THX

Items are are automatically pulled into the showcase and store windows are automatically appended. It could take 2 hrs, could take as long as 8. If its taken longer we do need to look into it.
We might need to have the users account reset to go back and process the items again
