As above really, I have created categories in my ebay store but there is no place to select auctiva listings to go into thos categories at the moment all my items just go into an section called other items. help please thanks

First you need to import those categories into Auctiva.

Go to the tab up top
My Account>Settings>eBay Settings

You'll see an update my stores category.

While you're there if you haven't set up all of your preferences, now would be a good time.

Hi thanks i did that, i updated and all is good but i added another category and now it wont let me click on the update button, can you only update once every 24hrs or something?

I'm not sure. I do know that I was tweaking my store categories this weekend and I changed/added/deleted quite a few with eBay.

Then came to Auctiva and hit the update button.

All of this changes were done over about a half an hour or so...and all took.

If you feel that after waiting 15 minutes and trying again that it's not going thru..

File a help ticket and ask them to jump start you.
