Hi,
I'm looking for a simple answer to why my custom scrolling gallery isn't showing in any listings - past and present. Also, it isn't showing in the auctiva store menu thingy - only a blank box which suggests I click to activate? I have quadruple checked the enable button as well as my store profile - which tells me nothing is wrong. Very confused and its making my listings look a little dodgy with a great big blank spot where it should be.
Hope someone can help - or should I just get rid of it?
