I have been using Auctiva for a couple of months now, and I really like it. I'm encountering a problem though, and I don't know if I inadvertently changed a setting or if it is a problem on your end. I hope you can help.

I initially set up my listings in my store and at auction to use the showcase feature. I really like that, and it has helped my numbers grow. However, some of the items that were initially listed through Auctiva have ended. Ever since then, the showcase hasn't shown up. I've listed things since that time, and every listing I have on ebay has a box that mentions Auctiva where the showcase should be instead of having the showcase there. It doesn't matter if it is a couple month old store item set as "good til cancelled" or one that I put up in the past week. They are all the same.

On another note, I'm also a bit confused about how the store works in conjunction with the showcase. If you could discuss how to use those in conjunction with each other, I would appreciate it. I looked through the other threads, and it seemed like people were using one or the other.
