I see that the eBay account you have associated with your Auctiva account currently has no auctions running.

Maybe that is the problem. Do you have more than 1 eBay account?

To make sure we have the correct one, please goto the "My Account" tab, hit the link for "Ebay Settings" and if the eBay account displayed is not the one you want, go ahead and use the "Get New Token" link on that page to generate a new token and make sure to use the correct eBay username.

Let me know how this goes.

The point is Kevin, My problem was with the listings I had last week. I posted the problem after I uploaded my auctions to e-bay, and 24 hours later, the store window was still not up. You were to look into the problem then and never did. I've been too busy this week to list anything. But I don't want to have the same problem again. I'm thinking if i do, the auctions will be done befor it's addressed!
