i'm new to ebay and auctiva. I have just recently listed my items but auctiva window store is blank. EVen though i could see my list in auctiva store. I have listed manually on ebay. it is almost 12 hours, still it is blank. EVen i can't see my items on auctiva edit window store page.

any support?

Hi, I just checked a few of your auctions and the store window seems to be working now. The only image that doesn't seem to be loading (or is loading very slowly) is the flame red orange sapphire..

Just relisted my items and the store window says.."no items for sale at this time"? Not good. Any way to get this going again. Would really like to get it out of the listing. Seems like it is a lot of trouble.....Thanks, Bob

The store window refreshes every several hours so the relists should (I believe) be picked up pretty soon.
