Is the store window the part the shows up in the middle of you listing and if you have multiple items it rotates and at the top is your "company" name? If so, how do you get rid of it or alter it? I just placed a single item (my very first one) on ebay and it looks kind of dumb when you only have one item plus, I don't have a company name so my login name is listed (which I think looks stupid as well).

I had the same problem. This is what the Auctiva help people told me:

To get it out of a current listing you need to edit it out.

Revise the listing in ebay. In the listing description box it will come up as HTML. Scroll down to where your description ends (it'll be a little difficult to recognize your words in between the HTML, but you'll be able to do it). Delete everything after the HTML that defines the template you're using. That will get rid of the store window.
