Hi, I am using this forum since the 'HELP' facility appears to have disappeared? I have listed several new items today (very very slow response this evening GMT) and they have now appeared as Active Listings on eBay. Unfortunately my Auctiva Shop Window is not displaying them. Perhaps I have done neglected to link the items in some way but I have not done anything differently than in previous Listings and everything was OK then. Help please.
Ebay has been experiencing technical difficulties today concerning add item calls from 3rd party listing services, which is why the response time was so slow when listing your items.
Your Auctiva store window should display these items the next time it refreshes, which it does about every 2 hours.
