1) The Store window shows up in only 7/11 of my auctions. I have checked everything and if working properly, the Window should appear.
2) The Store Window does not list the current prices on any item that has a bid on it.

Hi I seem to be having a problem as well only i'm getting my store window with nothing in it but only in internet explorer if i change to firefox browser everything working fine.

Were all of these listings created through Auctiva?

This updates every few hours but is often not up-to-date. What I do is use the non-scrolling version which doesn't list the prices at all..
