Hi All,

If I go to my store initially I can see all my items, but if I then look at a Category (which reduces the number of returned items) I can't back to view all items again. Clicking 'All Items' doesn't!!

Anything I can do? I am using the Auctiva Store Template called 'Twilight Store 2'.

Any help appreciated.

Yes, I can repeat those results. However, using the HOME button does restore from filtering by Category and/or Display (which may be the confusing issue).

I'm unsure if it's failing or working as designed. I would say it's less than intuitive in use (which to me fails anyway). If those were labeled somehow as filters and the HOME as a restore from filter, it would be perfectly understood.

And would I be able to overcome the behaviour if I custom designed my own store?

It could just be bad design on that template, and you could try switching to others for test.

Auctiva provides very limited customization to Store outside of the Header, so I'm not sure where you are headed with "custom design".

The custom design is just something I thought I had read somewhere. Getting carried away having designed my own template maybe.

Danno, I have tried another template and it behaves completely differently and the fault (that's how I’m describing it now!!)is not there. Currently trying 'Flames: Black'.

Other difference is that the 'Feature Bar' isn't filtered. It was on the other one which, actually, I didn't like.
