My store window shows on some of my listings but recently has stopped working on any new listings I place. All of my settings are done correctly with enable feature to show the auctiva store. Why isn't it showing in auctions that I try to post??

Hm, don't know. I'd file a support request (bottom of the Help page).

I did file a support request and auctiva has offered no solution to this! This has been going on for a few days now and they have yet to resolve this issue and it's costing me money!!!

Did you create an ad using the Auctiva templates?

Yep It's happening here also, but the funny thing is I opened my husband's firefox browser to check and my store window working fine on ebay just doesnt seem to be working on internet explorer.????

Somebody mentioned "last time this happened" do these things happen often?
