I signed up for Auctiva for another project (not ready yet.) However, the Scrolling Gallery is appearing in my current auctions and I don't want it right now. I followed instructions found in Forum to disable, but none of them work. Help. Thanks.

The disable feature is for future listings. I think you'll have to file a support request with Auctiva to have it removed from the active ones. Maybe someone else will know of another way...

In order to remove the scrolling gallery from any current listings in which it is present, you will need to delete the scrolling gallery HTML from the description HTML of each listing using eBay's "Revise your Item" form. The specific code you would need to remove begins and ends with <!--ASW-->. If you would like to see the entirety of the scrolling gallery HTML code, it can be viewed within your account by clicking the "Scrolling Gallery HTML" link under the "Store" tab.
