I have been using Auctiva for several years. The scrolling gallery is no longer loading in any of my auctions. I have read everything I see in this area. Any suggestions to correct this problem?

Hi, assuming you are not suffering as part of the intermittent problems plaguing some users at the moment I would suggest filing an Auctiva support request.

Problem solved. My scrolling gallery was there. A friend of mine asked me if I had received the automatic update from microsoft for IE lately. I said yes. He said clear your cache and restart your computer. Voila, there was my scrolling galleries in all my auctions. Sorry for hinting at Auctiva's fault, just my dumb mistake.
