I recently purchased some new templates. When I use these templates the scrolling window does not appear in my listings. When I use my older ones, the window is there. I have to revise and manually insert them in my listings with the new templates. I am still launching my auctions from Spare Dollar. I wanted to use Auctiva, but am having trouble with setting the profiles. So, for now, I am not using Auctiva. I did, however, want the window in my listings and it is in all my 400+ listings. Can anyone figure out what the problem is? Thank you for any help.

I registered two days ago and still cant see any showcase in my auctions. Ive cleared my cache etc as advised in other threads but still nothing, all i can see is the basic ebay 4 item showcase. This is also happening on other pc's outwith my home, so its not just my own one.

This question goes to both of you, did you just list these auctions? It is not immediate that the galleries are inserted into your auctions. Also make sure you have the gallery enabled unless you have made a custom template saved in Auctiva with the store tag included.

Can you post auction #'s so we can see what you see please, this would be helpful for other's to assist you.

The auctions were listed last night. I used my brand new template on some of the listings and my older Spare Dollar templates on the other listings. I saw the scrolling windows on the older Spare Dollar templates this morning. But, they were absent from the new templates. I manually inserted the the scrolling window into the listings this morning when I saw them missing. I did this by revising my listing and adding the HTML for the scrolling window.

I will give you some auction numbers tomorrow for the new auctions I am launching today. The ones from last night won't do any good since the scrolling windows are now in place.

It just puzzled me that this happened. I appreciate your help.
