Hi all,

I just signed up for Auctiva. I have an eBay Store-keepsakesnaf and since I joined and my current listings were imported into Auctiva, my eBay store inventory is totally blank.

Does my Auctiva Store replace my eBay Store? Does this mean it is not necessary to have an ebay Store any longer and just have my Auctiva store?
Boy that would be a savings.

Hi Constance,

If all your items disappeared at import, it's normal. Here's the FAQ (see 3rd item) link and they will return after reindexing.

Edit: I just took a peek at your ebay Store, and see some items are already back with the Auctiva Scrolling Gallery included.

Thanks for responding. I did the same and then found on the forum where this is a normal practice of ebay when a 3rd party requests is initiated.
