Hello, I'm a newbie, so far so good. I'm wondering how I remove the eBay crosspromotion window at the bottom so that I don't have both Auctiva and eBay windows in my auctions?

You'll have to go to eBay, in your preferences from your myeBay page. There you can disable the cross-promotion.

And furthermore, I don't know 'bout you but I'm loving this so far. I also signed up for a "not-so-free" auction management system and never used it because it wasn't very user friendly to me as this.
